VOTING RULES

The following rules are an extract from the voting regulations.

1. The Title Winner will receive the architectural design that receives the highest number of votes from participants during the period designated by the Organiser.
2. The voting process is confidential and conducted using a form prepared by the Organiser, accessible on the website: https://mountainshelter.ideanova.org.pl/.
3. Each user can cast one vote, only for one selected project.
4. Votes can be submitted on the website: https://mountainshelter.ideanova.org.pl/. Once a vote is cast, the IP data of the device used will be blocked, preventing further voting for the same project.
5. The use of vote automation software is prohibited.
6. For verification purposes, the Organiser retains the participant's name, email address, IP address, the exact time and date of vote submission, and the rationale for the project choice. The use of cookies is governed by the Privacy Policy provided on the Organizer's website.
7. In case of observed abuses, the Organiser reserves the right to invalidate votes cast in violation of the Regulations.
8. The voting results will be tallied by the Organiser and approved by the Competition Jury.
9. The Title Winner will be the participant whose project receives the highest number of votes during the voting period.
10. Voting takes place from September 14, 2023, at 12:00:00 PM to September 24, 2023, at 11:59 PM (Polish time, GMT + 2:00). The Organiser reserves the right to change the voting period for valid reasons, which will be communicated on the website: https://mountainshelter.ideanova.org.pl/ and through the Organiser's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram).
11. The Organiser will publicly announce the name of the winner and the number of votes received during the final gala of the Competition.

The Organiser will make every effort to ensure that the online voting is conducted fairly. All email addresses will undergo thorough verification to eliminate potential violations of the existing regulations. Serial voting from suspicious email domains or countries known for providing such services will be excluded from the voting process. Once a day, at 12:00 PM, the IDEANOVA Foundation, after verifying emails, will publish the results of the Audience Award Voting.
